It is with great Joy that I welcome you to Simply Yoga Studios.

Since May of 2003 I have had the pleasure of focusing my efforts in building a home for a community of people who embrace similar values of health, wellness and spiritual development.

I am confident that you too will experience the heart of who you are in the support of people whom you will soon call friend.

My teaching style, and my love of music will allow you to open deeply to an emotional and spiritual level, as well as improving your physical awareness and strength.

Through my most enthusiastic efforts I will share my knowledge of my extensive training in Forrest Yoga, bringing you the unique and remarkable awareness to body, mind and emotions known for Forrest Yoga. In my continued studies I will bring to you the powerful complement of Vinyasa Flow as designed and inspired by Shiva Rea.

My willingness to encourage openness allows you to explore your own limits and growth potential.

For those who come to the practice with more extensive challenges I am prepared to work patiently and theraputicaly with you. I am grateful for my training in music therapy preparing me for the rewarding work with those with special needs and yoga.

Danielle is a warm and generous spirit who is looking to share her love of Yoga with others. Danielle has what most of her students are looking to create -- a solid personal yoga practice.
