Please know how awesome you are and don't underestimate the profound impact that you have on the lives of all those who learn from you. I am so happy and blessed to have met you and been part of the yoga studio. I can tell you it has definitely impacted my life. I am continually inspired by you and what I learn from you.

I’m really liking Jessica's Yoga & Meditation class [Tuesdays @ 7:45 pm]. She’s studied with Ana Forrest, like you, so her cues really complement the work I’m doing in your Forrest Yoga classes. I feel like my practice is enriched by that kind of consistency in instruction. And, because of the emphasis on meditation, we hold the poses longer than I’m used to which allows me to melt into them and find new depths of letting go. It feels like I’m doing important soul work at the same time that I’m exercising my body. Thank you for adding such a great class to the schedule!”
My dear Deb: It was indeed a joy to share this holy season with you. Today was one of the richest Kundalini practices that I have spent. You said something about it being "graced", and it truly was. I returned again to the Indian village when we danced. It amazes me that, in these two short years, I have gained a sense of "it doesn't matter what someone else can do" --- thanks to your gentle encouragement. I think what I sense is your creating a beautiful blending of East and West and graciously adding your own piece of spirituality --- so, I will carry you into the Vigil this evening asking that God will grace you with wisdom to continue and (humility) to always remember from whom those graces come! - Linda Klein (2011)

I felt relief yesterday for the first time in months and was able to get out of bed this morning without wincing! Funny thing, my focus was two- fold yesterday: getting through the class (which was painful - I almost started crying twice) and sending healing energy to a family member in the throws of chemo. Well, it seems like it worked for me as well. The music, the others there, and, mostly, all that you bring to us made a world of difference and I just wanted to say "thank you" for all you do! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!
