Yoga provides the experience to deepen oneself and begin to focus within and discover how life has been impacting us. We come to yoga when we notice that we are suffering with symptoms that rob us of our peace and full optimal health. Our Meditation and Restorative Yoga classes focus on conscious mindful release of that which does not serve us! We provide the stretching and breathing practices to assist easeful meditation practice and provide relaxation.
There are a wide variety of dates and times for classes that represent the teacher’s strengths, bringing their own unique energy, and focus to how they instruct best!
To further insure your safety, it is our policy to take a health history before class and discuss any outstanding concerns you have about previous injuries. During class the student can expect the teacher to personally guide you to the best of your abilities!
