Evolutionary Weekend Intensives are a small container of students who are ready to look more closely at our lack of emotional awareness, the narrow and habitual use of mind, and the fear inside to follow or hearts desire. These lacking intelligences leave the human experience with a lack of clarity as to what is really being felt, understood and desired! Time spent in the Weekend Intensive creates the atmosphere of potential to evolve emotionally, cognitively, and sit clearly in the seat of spiritual power!
Typical of Debra's programs students can expect that complex yet powerful information will be delivered in a clear and concise way in which students grasp the deep meaning and uncover the possibilities that await their own transformation from pain, confusion and suffering into a clearly defined sense of self, confident and powerful!
Key to programs that Debra offers are that they do not just deliver knowledge through intellec- tual means, but that information gains its deepest impact when it is experienced and understood within the entire nature of our being. Our Body learns the material, Our spirits guide the experi- ence, Our Mind relays and is fully aware of the material, and old ways of being are gently releas- ing to the possibility that there may be a more life giving way to view ourselves as emotional, aware, and co creating with life.
Debra's Evolutionary Leadership starts with the skillful invitation to be with...be aware....and be open to the possibility of your emotions finding their way in a deep relationship with your physical body. Debra explores the opening of the body's locked joints and muscles to release the potential for deep healing. This process is not a forced process but a loving kind and personal exploration done within the students feeling safe and willing to evolve themselves on an emotional level.
Debra provides the guidance and the power to hold a vibration of confidence and courage needed to face the shame and fear that keeps us bound to old ways of being.
Unique to every one of Debra's yoga classes are her skilled ways of using her Music Therapy to enhance and take students on the journey they resist when only using the faculty of the mind....In Native tradition we understand that our power comes when we YOKE our entire being into the moments of our lives and use the synergy of our systems to have a complete and clear account of the true nature of ourselves...Self Realization is the highest achievement a yogini sets for herself.
Upon completion of these Evolutionary Weekend Intensive students are now equipped to continue their weekly practice and apply ongoing skills and knowledge needed to evolve the intelligent process of emotional flow, spiritual listening and body guidance as it is all intended to provide you with a clearer realization of the Self!
Evolutionary Vibrational Healing: This form of medicine contributes the vibrational healing and experience of the subtle body to raise the students sensitivity and opening to the deeper release necessary to bring space around old emotions and trauma. This process builds the body's intelligence to be able to flow with incoming emotional and sexual energy providing a more accurate awareness of the vital information emotions bring to aid us in understanding our way in the world and within our sexual anatomy. Students relax in a reclined pose while Debra brings sound into the room, onto the body and ex- panding the spirit, with Crystal Bowls, Gong, Drums, and many more Shamanic principles in- spired through Debra's continued studies with Native American Traditions.
