Classical Yoga
Classical Yoga incorporates the wisdom of the five Koshas or sheaths of the human being as well as the four main Bhavas invoked through asana, pranayama and Yogi kriya. Bhava in its most available translation means "subtle feeling". The word asana is translated into "posture";
posture into attitude.
Students can expect to experience their yogic posture infused with a subtle feeling through intention and experience their inner awareness move deeply through the sheaths of their being by pulling out the dormant wisdom that lies beneath the mundane. Students describe this class as more of a "yoga experience." Those seeking a more spiritual practice will find a great deal of peace in this practice.

Kundalini is taught at a beginner level. In this type of yoga, the most important thing is experience. Your experience goes right to your heart, your core. These ancient teachings are designed to
give you an experience of your deepest emotions and highest consciousness.
Students can expect to learn about deep mental focus, various breathing techniques, the use of sound and vibration to center and expand, and the important use of energy locks.
All of the above knowledge and skill will then initiate a sequence of physical and mental challenges that affect the body, mind, and spirit simultaneously.
