Turks Head Yoga
A Simply Yoga community, we believe that yoga is for everyone, not just for those who are already fit, flexible or familiar with yoga's more subtle teachings. We offer classes for new, beginner and advanced students. All classes teach proper breathing, therapeutic alignment, yogic philosophy, and meditation.
